Day in life-remodels barbecue many people go to psychiatrists and sit in a coach to talk about their problems to a complete stranger, not me! I take my problems to a construction project and through the transformation of the physical project in question, I work mentally through any stress in my life. The barbecue grill has many wonderful memories of my past, but we must always live in the present and have our eyes on the future. Success, however great, can never define who you are, you must always define success. Sometimes by ripping away old memories (physically and mentally) you bring the future to life while carrying the past with you into the future instead of living in the past as many do. Depression is a state of mind, not a state of reality and it is the power of the individual that feeds or kills him by understanding his power of self-perception.
