Hey GuysI’ve been going through all my dvds and converting them all for use in my new home gym (that way I can do whatever whenever)Anyway, I decided I’d share some of my BeachBody dvds first (I’ve been buying them for years, and have many that are not available here or anywhere else (some out of print))First up is One on One with Tony Horton. This is a monthly series. Each month you get 1 dvd in the mail (20$ a month + shipping). It contains a workout.
I will post an example of a preferred workout schedule in my first comment, check it for more on how to use this as a 90 day play.
Please note, volume 10, 11, and 12 have not shipped yet. Thus no shoulder / rest or medicine ball.
