The extraction method tore up the entire set of 3 CDs with 3 different codecs: Apple Lossless (M4A), FLAC Lossless, and MP3 CBR-320. All 3 are said to be fine. Equisync claims that it’s OK to listen with high-quality MP3 rips, but for those (like me) who are audiophiles and want to have 100% confidence in perfectly receiving all the brainwaves, take lossless instead. I have provided lossless in 2 versions, M4A and FLAC. I prefer M4A for my Mac/iPod, but some people (PC users) may prefer FLAC. Your choice is for one or the other, but getting both is not necessary, as you can convert between them yourself.

Make sure that you have configured your torrent program to download only the 1 version of your choice. If you want all three, then you should wait until there are at least 6 seeders before getting the rest. According to my estimates, most people will take MP3 first, then FLAC, and some will take M4A.
