You can just imagine how much of a striking difference this is going to make to your chest aesthetics…
Imagine going from what you can lift now – let’s say it’s 140-180 lbs for 5-6 reps – to 200-240 lbs.
The reality is that the stronger you get on the incline press, the better your physique is going to look. In fact, if I only had one movement to build an incredible body, I’d be tempted to pick the incline press.
It would probably be my second choice next to weighted pull ups/chin ups.
The incline press does such an amazing job at developing the chest. The incline press provides more work to the upper chest compared to the traditional flat bench press. This allows for more masculine and proportionate chest development.
