My Search for Answers Began with Richard Bandler and NLP…

It was the late 70’s when I learned about the new emerging technology called NLP. Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) was a new study of excellence and how we can properly communicate with others to create change. After my first seminar with one for the co-founders of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler, I knew I was on the right path for answers.

During the Seminar, Dr. Bandler asked, “If there is one thing I can give you that you want, what would it be?” And What did I tell him? I wanted to be an NLP Trainer and master all the skills that I witnessed during the seminar…

That is exactly what I did. For years I trained with all three co-founders of NLP and then became an NLP Trainer under Richard Bandler. Which was no easy task at the time – you had to be invited and not just pass a few courses.

During these years I wasn’t happy with just learning the skills – I wanted to know why they worked, how they worked and how far I could take them.

When I first learned the famous “handshake interrupt pattern” I knew it worked in an NLP seminar setting – but did it work in the “real world”?

To find out I must have stopped 100 people on the streets of Downtown Portland to test the limits of the skill…and I tested the limits and possibilities of all the skills I learned and teach.

It was also during these years that I had my first experience with the “Dark Side” of NLP and Persuasion. Which really opened up my eyes to what is possible with these skills and how to consistently get the results I was looking for…we will talk more about that in a few.

The Problem with NLP Reveled and the Solution…

NLP is a very powerful technology and tool-set – but as I mentioned before it was being developed as a therapeutic tool and not for sales and influence.

So I made it my mission to translate the skills and strategies I learned and re-engineer them for that purpose… to sell and sell more consistently. It allowed me to take my loosing sales record at the gym and turn it around to having the highest closing rate in the country.

But that’s not all it allowed me to do. It allowed me to teach these skills in a way that was easy to understand and use them in a practical manner.

• Self Esteem Destroyer – need I say more? Imagine this coupled with a few others in this list such as frigidity or impotence, compulsion installation, relationship destroyers – and you can imagine the utter destruction of someone. Hopefully not you.
• Smurfing – one of the advanced modeling strategies.
• The Claw – has positive uses as well but can be very controlling.
• Impotency Installer – I think you get the point.
• Fast Frigidity – imagine this used on you from an angry man that you are breaking up with – well don’t imagine it to much. This one and the one above can be put into someone’s future causing perhaps permanent inability. Will it happen to you? I’ve heard reports of it being used on competition to cause instability.
• Vapor Invasion – a pattern that can be used for good or bad.
• The Suicide Pattern – a pattern that is very covert enabling the installation of a death wish.
• The Missile – another pattern that can be used for bad or good.
• The Paranoia Pattern – Are you talking to me? Don’t let anyone try this on you.
• The Migraine Pattern – Turns your life into head-pounding agony.
• A Secret Relationship Controller Pattern – can easily create the equivalent of a “love slave”. This is an especially evil thing to do or experience. This can be coupled with many other patterns in this list for ultimate control. Don’t let this happen to you.

Dark Side II Modules Overview

Module I – To be an effective persuader you need to have rapport with the person or persons you are trying to persuade. In this lessons I cover gaining rapport and not by the traditional matching and mirroring you learn in NLP trainings or Sales programs.

You will be blown away by these methods that are rarely taught are known about.

Module I also includes the importance of the pre-frame and lays the ground work for all the techniques and patterns to come.

After you go through the module you will be a rapport machine – you will be able to command rapport at will and be able to throw away all of those out dated matching and mirroring techniques…don’t get me wrong they do work and there is a place for them.

Module II – Introduces the pattern interrupt and why it is so powerful to installing what you want into the minds of others.

I also go in-depth into what are patterns, the power of patterns, how to start recognizing patterns in others and different ways to use their patterns for good or evil.

This lesson is over 1 hour and 45 minutes long and by the time you finish it you will have a whole new framework for recognizing patterns, interrupting patterns and knowing how to use them to install what you want into anyone.

Module III – Covers the power of energy and visualization for influence of a group or person.
